History of Knatchbull in the show ring.

In 1992, we exported a red brindle bitch puppy which brought delight to her owners Anne & Koen deMeyer in Amsterdam, Holland under the kennel name “Of the Forest Rangers”.  She became the first brindle Dutch Champion and multiple Best of Bred winner in Holland.  She was Dutch Champion Dutch Treat of Knatchbull – “Inka #2” OTCH. Navall Luna of Knatchbull which went on to become #2 obedience dog in the working group in 1996 and #1 Bullmastiff in obedience in 1997.

In 1993, at the American Bullmastiff Association National Specialty, Am Can. Ch. Vindicta of Knatchbull won Winners Bitch and Award of Merit Winner with a record entry of Bullmastiffs.  Vida was owner/breeder/handler to this prestigious win.

Am. Can. Ch. Mister Worf of Knatchbull (Thunder) became #5 Bullmastiff in Canada in 1996 with a limited show season.  Thunder became the Bullmastiff Fanciers of Canada National Specialty Best of Breed Winner in 1997.  He also has sired the Best Puppy – Ch. Knatchbull Yukon Red, at the National Bullmastiff Specialty in 1997 that same Specialty.

Ch. Domina Prizzie of Knatchbull, CD, CGC, Certified Therapy Dogs. Prizzie is an enthusiastic worker who obtained two High in Class Awards in obedience with a top score of 192 out of 200!  Prizzie loves to have fun and is an excellent mother.  She loves her babies.

In 1998, Ch. Bullstock Tucker of Knatchbull & Ch Bullcharm’s Pride of Bullstock obtained Best Puppy in Show.  Tucker is sired by Thunder out of Ch. Olavi Abby Gal of  Knatchbull.  Both dogs were multiple Group placers in 1998.

In 1999, our new young male Onan obtained his Canadian Championship before the age of 10 ½ months and received Best Puppy at the Bullmastiff Fanciers of Canada National Specialty.  Onan is quite a character in the show ring and loves to go to the shows.  We look forward in bringing him out in the new millennium.  He is a striking red brindle with a beautiful floating movement.

Our veteran of 9 years, Am & Can. Ch. Vindicta of Knatchbull won Best Veteran at the Bullmastiff Fanciers of Canada National Specialty in 1999.  Vida had lots of fun running and leaping around the ring beating out two other veterans’ years younger than herself.

In 1999, Ch. Knatchbull’s Impressive Spirit who is owner-handled by Carla Chidrella in Montreal has won numerous group places and eagerly waiting the results on Canada’s Top Bullmastiff Award hoping the he made it on the list of Top Five Bullmastiffs.  In the spring of 2000, Ch. Knatchbull’s Impressive Spirit won his first Best in Show with many new group places for the year.

In 2000, Ch. Onan of Knatchbull, our brindle boy attended his first American Bullmastiff Specialty and won Winners Dog under Breeder/Judge:  Helene Nietsch.  Onan was owner/handled by Helene Hansmann with an entry of over 90 Bullmastiff dogs.  The next day, Onan went on to receive an Award of Merit which is given to only 10 Bullmastiffs at the Specialty under Breeder/Judge: Virginia Rowland.  Onan made us proud that weekend in Allentown, PA.
